JRF: (2 Post) Eligibility : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA in Computer science/Electrical Engineering, Remote Sensing & Geoinformatics, M.Sc. Physics with knowledge in Remote Sensing and computer programming
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.12000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : Understanding various satellite data products and algorithms. Writing computer code for reading the data and further processing for geophysical parameter retrieval. Knowledge in VC++ is an advantage.

P(04-2) Formal Verification of Large-scale Computer Systems
SRS: (1 Post) Eligibility : All of the following are required: (i) Ph.D. in Computer Science or related area with specialization in formal methods from a reputed University in India or abroad. (ii) At least one year post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research in formal methods. (iii) Publications in refereed international journals/conferences/symposia. (iv) Interest in development of theory and systems for applying formal methods to real-life verification problems. (v) Experience of formal methods and verification techniques in model-checking/theorem-proving/processes algebraic frameworks
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.60000/- p.m.
Job Profile : Take a leading role in formulating, implementing and executing novel formal verification techniques for large software/hardware systems using a mix of model-checking, theorem proving and process algebraic techniques.
Energy Science and Engineering
P(04-3) Development of Solar Thermal Power Testing, Simulation and Research Facility
SE: (1 Post) Eligibility : Essential: BE/B.Tech in IT or Engineering, At least 2 years experience in GUI development using C# with strong "Object Oriented Programming" skills. Desirable: Ideas about process plant simulators, good knowledge on Computer Graphics and Computational Geometry, Database Development.
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.27000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : To develop the Graphical User Interface (GUI) of the solar simulator and designing efficient data structure for the same.
The positions are temporary initially for a period of one year and tenable only for the duration of project. The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate in the interview.
