Job Description:
Knowledge of OO programming, XML, internet protocols is required. You may work on one or more of the following
(a) Develop business logic layer and implement customisations based on industry needs using TDL (Tally Definition Language) . Like all great packages Tally has its own language (SAP has ABAP).
(b) Do roles which require picking up domain knowledge and looking at the product from techno business side there by ensuring customer satifaction. (people interactions skills, keeness to learn multiple businesses like manufacturing, service , retail etc a must)

Eligibility:
- BE / BTech/ MCA / GNIIT from 2009 batch
- Good pH score
Job Profile:
As a programmer trainee at ITTI, you will work on ERP Practices and Open Systems (Java & Microsoft technologies) Practice.
The selected candidates should be willing to sign the Service Bond for Rs. 2.0 Lacs to be submitted by successful candidates, valid for 24 months period, from the date of joining (DOJ).
Option 1: Bank Guarantee (BG) or a Fixed Deposit (FD) for Rs. 2.0 Lacs, marked Lien to ITTI (validity for 24 months period), to be submitted, prior to the DOJ. The BG / FD is returnable to the Candidate, on completion of 24 months service with ITTI.
Option 2: Successful candidates can submit a BG / FD for Rs. 1.5 Lac marked Lien to ITTI (validity for 24 months period), prior to the DOJ. Subsequently, a sum of Rs. 5,000/- per month will be recovered, from the monthly Salary, in 10 installments. The entire amount of BG / FD is returnable to the Candidate, on completion of 24 months service with ITTI.
Note: If the Candidates submit their resignation before completion of the 24 month period, the BG / FD will be encashed by the Company.
Selection Process for invited candidates will be held on 10th July at Bangalore.
